There will be an auction at 11am. I have around 25 bikes to sell from many eras and genres! More welcome.
The basics are:
- Deliver your bike between 8-9am
- Sellers pay £2 lotting fee. That will get you into the jumble as well.
Plus 10% commission on the hammer price - Buyers pay 15% commission
- Pay and clear on the day. Bank transfers sometimes work determined by signal and bank delays. Cash is best.
All bikes are from people I know and trust.

Overhauled and cleaned up quite a lot.
An easy ride to the Flower Pots from New Alresford. Also useful to park in free parking in e.g. Winchester and then cycling into town.

PowaCycle Windsor ebike 26″ tyres
Was ridden by 80 year old 5′ 10″ gent. He used to get to Alton and back with an extra battery in reserve.
Well looked after fully functional 1 x 7 speed bike.
Has a three position electric assist switch – Off, Throttle and normal Pedelec both cut out at 15.5 mph when you are pedalling. This test ride https://www.strava.com/activities/9291115754 was done making some use of the throttle which will take you up to 14-15mph on the flat but speed drops going up hills. The pedelec function provided obvious assistance up all the hills. Battery still at medium on ride home but the assistance was intermittment .
26V lithium battery.
Schwalbe Marathon Plus Tour hardly used on rear wheel. One of the most puncture resistant tyres you can get. Probably the original tyre on the front.
Soft saddle with suspension seat post.
Charger, one good battery and probably dud second one both with keys. Worth trying to replace the cells in the dud rather than buying a new battery pack.

MERIDA CROSSWAY 100 – TOURING/TREKKING BIKE
AVAILABLE FOR £225 including commission
Post auction inspection revealed: Broken rear spoke and brakes need bleeding otherwise just a good degrease of the drive train and lubrication. All bearings headset, BB and hubs feel good – no play or noise. Front suspension has a little bit of play but does not need bush replacement now.
